The main thing in this update is the opening of a test for a new map – swamplands. There is only one quest so far and a lot of things on the map have not been completed, so keep this in mind.

CHANGELOG

Weapon

  • First SMG gun added – PP91 KEDR. High rate of fire and excellent ergonomics, but less damage.


  • New equipment has been added – a flash hider, a special muzzle attachment that increases damage by 10%. Available at level 7.
  • Also new equipment – stubby forward grip which reduces vertical spread by 20%. Available at level 5.
  • Changed the sequence of opening equipment and others. Since there are a lot of things, 2 new items are opened at each level.
  • Head damage increase from x1.3 to x1.4
  • Fixed that you can aim special weapons.
  • Added light from player shots.
  • Added shutter animation on some weapons.
  • Switching to the main weapon immediately after using the special one.

Monsters

  • New monster – zombie. So far, only on the new map of the swamp. Slow and dull, easily killed. If provoked, it also alerts other zombies around. For a change, some zombies randomly run fast.


  • The monster immediately runs to investigate the sound, instead of completing the current movement.
  • Monsters now can destroy doors (swamp map).
  • At night, after the sound of the bell, you have some time to hide, because after that a wave of monsters will appear.
  • Brainer on the new map hears farther and throws projectiles from 45 meters.

Map

  • New swamp lands map in test mode added. Here you can find some interesting locations:

    A small fishing village, complete with run-down shacks and boats, where the fishermen tell tales of strange creatures in the swamp. The fishing village was founded by settlers who made their living from the swamp, but strange creatures started appearing and many of the villagers disappeared.




    A rundown and isolated house located on the side of the road, seemingly abandoned and left to decay. Despite the unkempt appearance, there are signs of recent activity, including vehicles and various tools scattered around the property.


  • An instructor has been added to the shooting range from whom you can get useful advice.

Bots

  • Increased bot damage from 6.5 to 7.
  • Increased bot RPM.

Sound

  • M4A1 fire sounds changed.
  • Reduced the sound range of the steps of the bot.
  • Added sound for the player turning on the flashlight

UI

  • Something I didn’t think about at all, but some players complained that reading letters takes a lot of time and they cannot be skipped, so now there will be a separate widget for letters (only on the new map).


  • Ingame menu on escape button disabled on creating a character (fixed bug when you hit escape and then mouse cursor gone).

BUG FIXES

  • Chat not opened.
  • The weapon was removed from the collisions of the corpses of operatives and various other items.
  • The silver weapon from the werewolf quest didn’t deal damage.
